Customer Service Advisor

Location:  Normanton, WF6

Pay Rate:   £11.44

Hours / days:  09:00  –  17:00  Monday to Friday

This is a temporary to permanent vacancy

Total Recruit are recruiting for our ever expanding client who are based on the Normanton

Industrial Estate. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work initially in their Garden Tool  Repair Team, then move into to Kitchen Appliance Team as you progress

 Duties will include:

• Provide customer support for end users
• Send out packaging labels and chase up outstanding ones
• Ordering of spare parts & monitoring or back orders to ensure repairs can be carried out on time.
• Generate service calls on company repair management system.

 Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good numerical skills.
• Confident telephone manner, with the ability to speak to people of all levels.
• Team player.
