Location: Luton LU1
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday – 08:00 to 17:00
Friday – 07:00 to 12:00 pm Sunday 07:00 to 12:00 (on rotation)

Total Recruit Ltd are recruiting for our client, the largest Kosher butcher and delicatessen in the UK.
The role will involve varied duties including:
Credit Control & Accounts:
- Input payments, process standing orders, send statements and reconcile accounts
- Manage invoices, credit notes and related queries
- Collect/chase payment for outstanding balances
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
Order Administration:
- Place wholesale customer orders on the system using phone, email and WhatsApp
- Track orders on Excel to ensure completeness in the system
- Coordinate with dispatch and the factory for orders
- Amend customer details on Sage / Wholesale system
- Monitor drivers and delivery of orders and organise transport for customer deliveries
- Process returns from the shops and credit customer invoices for return of goods
- Deal with customer complaints/queries/issues
- Update prices on Sage as needed
- Communicate and cooperate with other departments within the company to ensure the smooth running of the business
